Great idea here for some tasty vegetables. I made this and it was not only an easy recipe, but also a very tasty one. My husband whom hates most vegetables actually had seconds of this one. Thank you for the great recipes.

I had been looking for a truly earth-shattering sauce to impress the inlaws with – this was going to be tough as they are Italian. But guess what? They said this was the best Italian sauce they ever had! I couldn’t believe it and – oh yes, once I tasted it I too saw this was the best Italian sauce. Thanks for the great recipe – p.s. you don’t mind if I don’t tell my relatives I got it here do you?

I saw those things on TV, but I never knew they worked so well to boil eggs. I also didn’t know there were other kinds of boiled eggs (soft, medium and hard). My mother would just boil them in water on the stove for hours and then we would crack, peel and eat them.
